So very disappointed with Connect Hearing and who they use to make custom ear plugs. Had ear plugs made at the end of October 2024 and returned to have them remade during the 90 day warranty as the right ear plug was causing a pressure sore in my ear. Another mould was taken and I went about a month without the ear plugs, eating into the 90 day warranty. Received it back to only have the same issue again. Only this time they would not cover the warranty even though it was with them for part of the warranty.. So the next time... read more
Audiologist and staff are phenomenal! They take the time and care for each client’s individual needs. They are empathetic and very knowledgable, making sure the client is confident and happy with equipment needed. Highly recommend!
