My experience with Connect Hearing has been nothing but positive from the first day I walked in there. Annika is a friendly & welcoming person who made me feel comfortable right from the start . She was very nice & understanding of me being in denial of needing hearing aids when I clearly did. My follow up visits have all been great, with Annika understanding my needs and making the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids to suit me. I highly recommend Annika at Connect Hearing!
I am visiting Nanaimo and forgot my hearing aid charger at home. I am in a conference so timing and availability is at a premium. Shannon and Elizabeth came to my rescue with having what I needed so I could dash in on our lunch break. Great Service and why I highly recommend Connect Hearing. They always come through👍♥️
Rachelle was off shift for the day and helped me tune my hearing aids and came to my window of my truck to connect with bluetooth. That was excellent service when she new i was struggling. Great carw to the client.
I am blown away by the service I received at this location of connect hearing. I went in on a whim suspecting I may have hearing loss and I was right. Rachelle was my practitioner and she was so incredibly kind and helpful. I got so much help and direction with the Neil Squire Society and was able to get my hearing aids within a month from my first ever visit to the clinic.
