I came to Connect Hearing in fort sask to get my hearing checked. As i first booked my appointment, Emily helped me to do so and she was incredible. As I first walked in the door , I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. I felt welcome. The environment was very clean. I got my ears checked by Karen . I have been a hearing aid wearer for awhile now but recently moved to this area and I have to say I had the best experience here. Karen was so helpful and kind, she explained things that no one ever had before to me, you can tell she loves her profession. I love my new aids and believe me I have never said that about them before
Lynda here. I took my mama to this location to get her hearing tested. Karen and the lovely receptionist went far beyond kindness and compassion towards us. Mama suffers from early stage dementia. Karen was so patient. She spent so much time with us to get mom comfortable and provided her with “easy to care for” hearing aids. I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. Thank you both for being so wonderful. I will be spreading the word about this location.
Audiologist was excellent. Helpful advice was offered regarding claim possibilities and provision of required forms. Will update review when scenario plays out to completion.
