Alex's knowledge and experience, together with his relaxed yet thorough approach, made it much easier to accept having to finally get hearing aids, and I love them already! I was most impressed by Alex, the Hearing Care Practitioner who conducts the tests and explains the results. His clear explanation and no-pressure approach made it easier to accept the inevitability of further hearing loss. I came away with a clear understanding of my options, and with the confidence and determination to act as soon as possible.
