Great product ! Easy to use and very comfortable. I put them in every morning and remove them each evening. My social life has improved as I can hear everyone . Staff are great - very helpful when necessary.
The best decision my husband made was to make an appointment with Tracey, he has been suffering many years with extreme hearing loss, Tracey and the staff were top notch, no regrets and my husband is loving this gift of hearing. Don't put it off , if your suffering with hearing loss make the appointment

I went into the store and was abruptly asked if I had an appointment. When I said that I didn't that I had a recent hearing test that indicated I needed hearing aids for both ears. A woman said she was alone, whatever that meant. She said that she was an audiologist and would do a hearing test. I asked why as I had just had one done a few weeks ago. She said that she likes to do her own. I found her to be very abrupt. She said someone would take my information and walked away. I asked if I was to wait there. Goes on.
