My experience with Connect Hearing as a Veteran has been with a positive outcome each and every time I have had cause to visit their very experienced technical advisors. They also seem to have a good understanding of Veteran Affair's required procedures.
Verna introduced my mother to hearing aids and was so informed, gentle and patient! She explained the process and pricing structure in such detail and also in plain language so it was easy to understand. She met with my Mom a number of times to make sure she was having a great experience with the equipment. Leanne in the office was so wonderful, taking care of all the appointments. This is truly a great place to go for your hearing aid needs.
Got my hearing aids here and when any problems occurred the were fixed in a timely fashion, great service
Very professional and friendly. Helped with all that was needed.
