Very friendly, kind and understanding
I can not give a higher recommendation. I have experienced many hearing test in my lifetime but Greena was by far the best, she knows what she is doing and takes the time to explain the activities as she proceeds. They made sure my new hearing aids where comfortable and encouraged me to return if any issues arose. Lisa is also excellent taking care of all the insurance paperwork and taking the time to make sure my phone was connected, down loaded the App and gave me tips on hooking up my TV.
