I would like to extend my gratitude to staff of Connect Hearing in Kentville, NS. Administration (Donna) is extremely professional. The way that Donna, patiently listens and reassures that you correctly hear an understand what is being related is hugely appreciated. Audiologist Jillian is outstanding in field. The kindness that is shown is hugely appreciated. Information is always clearly given and received. I highly recommend this establishment.
They’re very helpful & accommodating! My only complaint is the tubing quality is poor. As a wearer of hearing aids for 52 years, I see a drastic decline in the quality of tubing they use. I used to be able to go 6 months without having to replace tubing. Now, I barely make it 2 months. It will crack, creating a hole in tubing 😡 What’s up with that?!!
