My 95 year old father, while in Covid19 lockdown in his Care Residence irretrievably damaged his hearing aids not once, but on two occasions! With my dad's care home in complete lockdown, Alison and especially Ximena while going above and beyond the sense of duty, reassuringly were able to get my profoundly deaf father's hearing aids remade, recalibrated and returned in a timely manner.
