Ian was very professional and helped me with fine tuning my hearing aids. The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming.
This is my 3rd experience purchasing aids from a different supplier. Ian at Connect was really easy to deal with. The girls in the front office were great all in all making Connect a good company to buy hearing aids from.
I have been going to Connect Hearing for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today was a very different experience. The woman at the front desk was rude and very condescending. I am seriously considering going to a different hearing clinic.
Great staff and excellent products. What more is there to say, they will make your life better!
