Jenny Xavier, the receptionist and client care representative, is definitely in the right job. She has the style and knowledge to professionally deal with clients as they walk in the door. Claire Brignall, on loan from the Sechelt office while Mellissa is on maternity leave, was extremely helpful in adjusting my hearing aids the way they should be. We were very satisfied with the friendly and professional service during hearing testing and subsequent follow up once we purchased hearing aids. We recommend Connect hearing if you are experiencing hearing loss or think you may be.
Absolute dedicated staff who helped with ensuring my wife's profound hearing loss was examined in detail and a program and prognosis was decided on. She now has hope.
Very happy with both how friendly & helpful everyone was as well as having my options explained to pick right device. No problem getting in for adjustments. Also helpful in getting best price (e.g. BCAA).
