Staff greater me with a honest smile and made me feel welcomed. My test with Sarah was easy and her explanation of results were easy to understand. Sarah never pushed me to purchase anything. When I was ready Sarah introduced me to all the price ranges and was very helpful making a decision. Spent all the time I required to using and gave a 30 day trial before I had to purchase. I am very pleased with my new wonderful hearing ability. I could not be more pleased with everyone at connect hearing.
I’ve had a positive experience purchasing 2 sets of hearing aids at Connect hearing. Audiologist Lee is wonderful and her service and recommendations are awesome. I love that April always fits me in and takes care of all the government paperwork. I highly recommend this location for their prompt and professional care.
Unfortunately the lady at the front desk was very rude, and she had her headphone on the whole time behaving as patients bothering her in her personal time! The equipments look rather outdated but it do the job
Great service. Tolu takes the time to understand my requirements and to make sure my hearing aids are doing the best possible job. I am heavily dependent on the technology and she is very knowledgeable about how it works.
Due to traffic problems I was 25 minutes late for appointment. Tolu still took me. All issues addressed. Connect is fabulous! I have been with them for 15 years. I do wish they were still in Carleton Place where I live but Kanata is only half an hour away.
