My experience with Connect Family Law has been frustrating and costly due to frequent staff changes and inconsistent communication. The first time I sought legal advice for my divorce and parental agreement, I was assigned a lawyer who charged $285/hour. Midway through the legal process, she left the firm, and I received a letter stating: "You may choose to have Connect Family Law continue to represent you, in which case the file will be managed by (new lawyer’s name), whose hourly rate is $400. I had a very stressful experience but I was put at ease soon after. As soon as Larissa Sleva took over my account, she was diligent and very organized, professional and never negligent; explained everything to me without hesitation.
