I felt there was little regard for my mental health and more emphasis placed on financial considerations. My sessions were always paid ahead of my next scheduled appointment, however, “Jess” cancelled my next appointment without prior discussion. When I tried to address this directly with my therapist, my account was deactivated. These actions occurred within a very short time frame, rather than over an extended period. I don’t recommend seeing Veronica Flores. She was rude and very disrespectful throughout my interaction with her. Extremely unprofessional experience. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and consistently made me feel unheard. I left sessions feeling worse and not better. The rest of the practice and employees are great.
