I don’t recommend seeing Veronica Flores. She was rude and very disrespectful throughout my interaction with her. Extremely unprofessional experience. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and consistently made me feel unheard. I left sessions feeling worse and not better. The rest of the practice and employees are great.
While Connect Counseling manages to hire some fantastic counselors, said counselors don't seem to stick around, which I feel is telling of poor company policies. One of the most frustrating changes that happened while I was going there, was when the company decided it would be a good idea to have their counselors change offices from week to week. This was discombobulating and the opposite of the stability that many are seeking when they go to see their counselor.
I have had such a fantastic experience with Ally May! She is so kind, patient, and understanding. Ally has helped me work through difficult feelings and confusing moments. Can’t recommend her enough!
