My husband seems to enjoy his therapist, when he can actually see her. His appointments have been cancelled MULTIPLE times at the last minute but they require PTs to give 24hr notice or they get charged. I've never in my life had a therapist cancel so many appointments.

Ever since the change in management it just seems like they don't care as much about the client experience as much. I think they are just out of touch with the clients they serve. Hopefully that changes with time. Until then though I wouldn't recommend this place.

I love referring people to Connect Counseling Center. I know that Joni & Jason Batts, along with their leadership team and great therapist provide quality therapy services for everyone they serve. Connect Counseling Center sets a high standard for the therapy community that as a therapist I am proud to learn from. Nashville is very lucky to have Connect Counseling Center.

i attended therapy for at least a year with master therapists Beck Sharp and Alyssa Seefeldt. choosing to go to therapy here was one of the best decisions i’ve made. Beck Sharp going in as a high schooler during the pandemic, i had someone to listen to me and guide me through hard thoughts and tough decisions. when i saw no good outcomes or even one solution, i was provided with multiple solutions.
