They came to Barrie and delivered my car right after the accident which was very convenient. The car was good, however there was no windshield washer fluid in it. The return of the rental wasn't great I had to take 2 hours out of my work day to return the car back to Vaughan. Plus I had to have someone follow me there. To inconvenient for me. I won't use this car rental agency again.
Poor customer service. Very rude to customers.
They never pick up the phone, I left messages to make arrangements to get rid of the rental. When it was dropped off I wad told 40 to $50 a day. Then they tried to put through as an insurance came. I finally picked up my car still no response from the rental people. I called again on my way home, with the rental. I'm still on hold ad I drive in my driveway. I got Honda accord as a rental car it was good experience this company is best as there is no delay and the staff is very cooperative.
Got into a accident at night , rented me car so efficiently. Customer service was awesome and flexible. All the process was swooth.
