Very unprofessional did not explain anything before creating a credit application And sending unacceptable cars and now can no longer attain credit I would not recommend using this company then when rang to complain the customer service person would not accept the complaint then put the phone down and will no longer accept calls

My mum needed a new car and was accepted no hassle. Really friendly talk you through every stage. They were that great that me and my hubby decided to see if we would be accepted and we were. Same as before no hassle, friendly and just amazing. Can even have a laugh and that’s rare nowadays.
