Had false alarms randomly during day and night. Told these folks we wouldn't renew with them and was never given instruction on returning device until today. I purchased a different product for my Mom a year ago that works consistently. Happy to ship this junk back and be done with this company. This has to be the worst run company I've encountered in years. My mother has a device from them; I prepaid for the year - she's 85 and still getting collection calls. One person has one story, second another. No functioning supervision. Find another vendor - they should not be allowed to work with the elderly - very sad. Get your people out of their bedroom closets- no more "remote work" with dogs in the background - fix it or get out of business.
