Horrible Company that takes advantage of the elderly. They make it impossible to stop service and will not give you a refund. I had to get involved for my elderly parents since they were not having any luck horrible company
This company is a bunch of scammers it has been close to 2 months that we returned all our equipment and still have not given us our refund for one year of service which I canceled and it was only 3 days in on contract. We could cancel at anytime. After they have my son a shopping label via email my son returned everything through USPS. THE COMPANY RECEIVED EVERYTHING 3 DAYS LATER. Medical alert watch constantly setting off false alarms. Tried to cancel, but they still sent EMS. One time EMS showed up at the doctors office! Tried to return the watch after 2 weeks, but the watch sat in a parcel return service for a week. (And the false alarms kept going off in transit!) When they finally received the watch, they told us that the full refund would be given in 3 weeks. ITs been a month and a half, still no refund in sight. Terrible customer service.
Had false alarms randomly during day and night. Told these folks we wouldn't renew with them and was never given instruction on returning device until today. I purchased a different product for my Mom a year ago that works consistently. Happy to ship this junk back and be done with this company.
