This has got to be the worst Internet out there. They have more outages then they have up and running.
I think there should be pricing on your website. Most people now like to shop around for the best deal possible. The hours of operation also aren't very "user friendly" as most people work until the time you guys close. We don't want to call for pricing just so we can be fed some type of sales pitch. It's just not practical I think I will stick with spectrum as a new resident of conneaut OH
