Ridiculously expensive at 70$ fee to do 10 minutes of processing. Bought a utility trailer in Conn Lake. Seller steered me to her. 70$ was her notary fee, not state taxes or a title cost. I thought Erie/Edinburgh notaries where expensive at around 35-45$. Beware!!
Just had an excellent experience here. The other reviews are spot on, the office is lovely and well air conditioned. My dad gifted me a boat and we were having a hell of a time finding someone around the area who could transfer the title. Low and behold I manage to get in contact with Conneaut Lake Notary minutes before it closed on a Saturday. Felt sorta bad rushing in there last minute but this was my last hope.
