Kelly was kind and easy to work with. Setting up delivery was easy. Reasonably priced and will be my go to for future furniture purchases.
Our salesperson, Janie, was very knowledgeable about the pieces of furniture we were interested in. (A reclining loveseat and matching recliner chair). She showed us several companies lines of furniture and explained pros and cons, build, etc. She was without high pressure and supported us in our discussion and choices! We bought a Stanton sectional that was really nice. We bought it in February and noticed a couple of things that weren't working on the seat controls. We called and told the local store in Fargo about them 3 weeks after we purchased them. It's April now and still not getting the replacement parts needed. They blame Stanton and Stanton blames Conlins service department. We would just like to get it done. That's all.
We had a great experience working with Kelly. She was incredibly easygoing, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. What really stood out was how low-pressure the whole experience felt. She never once made us feel rushed or pushed into a decision.
