My wife and I have spent $7,000 at the store in Butte, MT. This store never returns phone calls in to them about issues we have had with our purchase. They want 50% restocking fees on their "mis information" that is posted on their website for a bed my wife bought, they tell me to contact the manufacturer of a massage chair I bought from them that doesn't work correctly. I have another order in to them for a dinning room set that we have been waiting months for that I am now going to cancel, and will never do any business... read more

I recently purchased a Queen Bedroom set from Conlin's in Fargo ND. There was a problem with the dresser (top drawer would not open) but - Conlin's worked with me to make things right!!! It's good to know that even if there's a problem - Conlin's works to make it right!!! I absolutely love my furniture from Conlin's. Thank you everyone at Conlin's - keep up the good work!!!

My husband and I appreciated the sales representative, and the delivery team. The entire experience was painless. No high pressure sales and the delivery was seamless. I made the mistake of forgetting to remind them to remove the old mattress. Duane, Cody, and Eric orchestrated a time and date to pick it up, and they were polite and professional at every turn. We couldn’t be happier with our new reclining loveseat. Cyndy was a pleasure to work with and when Carlton and Duane delivered it two days after purchase they were on time and were they did a great job getting it placed just where we wanted it.
