New Bed I was shopping for a new bed for my daughter and after spending several hours shopping we found a really nice bed set at Conlins. They were great to work with and were able to delivery the next day.
Poorly Ran Business Poorly operated. Purchased over $2,000 worth of furniture, had problems immediately. Tried dealing with their in house repair and each time furniture was returned it was damaged worse than originally sent in. Dealt with them for 1-1/2 with no results and now I am told by the owner AL that it's no longer their problem since it's been over a year - have to deal with Lane Furniture. My wife and I have spent $7,000 at the store in Butte, MT. This store never returns phone calls in to them about issues we have had with our purchase. They want 50% restocking fees on their "mis information" that is posted on their website for a bed my wife bought, they tell me to contact the manufacturer of a massage chair I bought from them that doesn't work correctly. I have another order in to them for a dinning room set that we have been waiting months for that I am now going to cancel, and will never do any business... read more
Recently had a dining table, loveseat, and two recliners delivered. The delivery guys (Ted, Jordan) did an awesome job, they showed up on time, friendly, professional and handled the furniture with care. Thanks again for everything -Garrett & Paula Smith
I recently purchased a Queen Bedroom set from Conlin's in Fargo ND. There was a problem with the dresser (top drawer would not open) but - Conlin's worked with me to make things right!!! It's good to know that even if there's a problem - Conlin's works to make it right!!! I absolutely love my furniture from Conlin's. Thank you everyone at Conlin's - keep up the good work!!!
