Never again! Poor service to start with in store. Salesman out-rite lied. Flexsteel electric mechanism failed three days after delivery. Even though we bought the extended warranty no one was able to come fix it for three days! We wanted to return it for a refund and were told “ we will call you back.” Still waiting!!!!!!
I went to the website ordered an item that was stated as in-stock. Didn't special order as I need it by next week. Paid in full. Got an email stating the item was on backorder until mid-July. I despise companies that bait and switch.
My wife and I have spent $7,000 at the store in Butte, MT. This store never returns phone calls in to them about issues we have had with our purchase. They want 50% restocking fees on their "mis information" that is posted on their website for a bed my wife bought, they tell me to contact the manufacturer of a massage chair I bought from them that doesn't work correctly. I have another order in to them for a dinning room set that we have been waiting months for that I am now going to cancel, and will never do any business... read more
Recently had a dining table, loveseat, and two recliners delivered. The delivery guys (Ted, Jordan) did an awesome job, they showed up on time, friendly, professional and handled the furniture with care. Thanks again for everything -Garrett & Paula Smith
I recently purchased a Queen Bedroom set from Conlin's in Fargo ND. There was a problem with the dresser (top drawer would not open) but - Conlin's worked with me to make things right!!! It's good to know that even if there's a problem - Conlin's works to make it right!!! I absolutely love my furniture from Conlin's. Thank you everyone at Conlin's - keep up the good work!!!
