Our men that delivered our furniture were absolutely wonderful. Muhammed and Jayden were courteous, respectful, professional. They made sure all was working properly and placed where we wanted it. Thank you for your professionalism

We purchased a whole house full of furniture from Conlin's in Butte, MT several years ago. An Amish dresser had problems with a drawer that we have struggled with as well as flexsteel recliner that springs disconnected from frame and needed repair. John, warehouse manager, sent out two wonderful employees by the names of Collin and Mohammed who repaired the chair and adjusted the drawers in the dresser. We purchased a couch and loveseat from Conlin.s Butte Montana. The people were very helpful and explained to us about the delivery which would be in 2 weeks. We received a call the day prior to delivery to let us know when they would arrive. The delivery arrived on time and the 2 gentleman MuHammed and Rudy brought the furniture in and placed them right where I wanted them. They even moved 2 of my recliners for me. We are very happy with Conlin's and will shop there in the future.
One of the worse companies to work with. Poor customer service. We had a horrible experience with Conlins when we went to purchase our furniture. We never got any follow-up from our salesperson when it did not arrive as expected. We were originally told 24 weeks when we placed our order however it took over a year. Which I get but not once did we get a call from Conlins regarding follow-up. The only follow-up we received was when we reached out to Conlins ourselves.
