The tellers here could not have been more unfriendly and unhelpful. I definitely will not be coming back to this branch.
The teller would not cash checks from a member until she got them on the phone because she “wanted to make sure he really wrote them.” Terribly rude service!
I visited this location today and was handled by "Aaron" who was a very distinguished and professional team member! I reminded him that Aaron was Moses' brother in the Bible and he was in charge of speaking for him. Well, true to his name sake, this "Aaron" spoke for Congressional Federal Credit Union with just as much compassion. Thank you.
