My partner and I inquired about a rental unit managed by Congressional Capital LLC, specifically dealing with property manager Chas Anderson. We were on a tight timeline and very serious about moving forward, having submitted a rental application based on his recommendation. Unfortunately, our experience with Chas was highly unprofessional from the outset.
