Absolutely disgusting experience. The receptionist, JENNIFER, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was ZERO basic phone etiquette and ZERO respect — honestly the worst possible first impression for any business. I politely asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge, and instead of helping, she hung up the call. That alone says everything about how this company treats potential clients.
