The place has totally changed from previous years. All new staff, the line can get backed up but they continuously run 2 lifts and try to get you in and out. You can tell they actually care about customer service now.
Gina is the best. I was at my wits end with a container issue and she swooped in like super woman and quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Thanks again Gina!
