As a lifelong resident and loyal customer of this shop for over 20 years, I’m deeply disappointed to say that today was my last visit. While the employees are great, the owner’s attitude has made it impossible to continue supporting this business. Every interaction with him comes with backhanded comments, and I’ve finally had enough. This morning was just another example of why this shop doesn’t deserve my business anymore. Nice but don’t expect help for a high end road bike with tubeless tires. You have to go to Piedmont.
