Jim was terrific. Needed to return a pair of shoes I’d bought 2 days earlier, and he was so thorough in examining the problem and offering solutions. He invested time and expertise, with humor and professionalism. The new pair I traded in for seem perfect, but I also know Confluence stands behind their products. Really appreciated the attention spent today and glad to have shopped local!
Jim was very helpful and listened to my concerns. He looked at my feet as I walked, did a check on where my arches fall. I am very indecisive and he was very patient and knowledgeable. My mom also bought a pair. I will be telling other people about them.
I appreciate the patience and knowledge the Associates have. Associate Jim asked great questions, really listened to my answers, and found a shoe for me that fits well and exactly meets my needs. I have been a repeat customer for many years and have never felt like any Associate was trying to steer me into a particular shoe or was impatient.with me. I will continue to be a grateful customer.

This wasn't a terrible experience but it was pretty underwhelming and I expect more from a local specialty business. Specifically, they don't stock any wide shoes and are unable to order them. I was also expecting to be fitted, but that wasn't offered and didn't seem to be available. I would rather support local business than shop online but in this case it backfired and I'm back to ordering my wide running shoes online without the ability to try them on.
