My brother was assigned as Executor of my father's will. He contracted with Paula for legal advice, to gather the needed information, ensure the legal requirements of an executor were met, and produce and file the legal forms required to settle the estate. I was referred to Paula Walker of Confluence Law Center by Legal Assist Service, who must be a subcontractor for Alliance Work Partners, an employee benefit I get. I wanted to find out from an attorney, rather than Google'ing, how one can go about getting something notarized by two parties in difference places (states). She said she could not advise me on this because she does not use a mobile notary nor does she know how one can go about getting something notarized by two parties in different places (states).
