This morning we started our day with a cacao ceremony and ecstatic dance. I was a little nervous about the dancing but it was the most natural thing. It was a beautiful experience that helped me release some anger I had been holding and reminded me to tell myself “I love you, I am a scared being”. To trust my own discernment and decision making. My husband and I had the pleasure of Kortnee guiding us on a Forest Bathing experience. We spent a delightful couple of hours in the woods connecting with nature and each other. It’s a unique experience that we found calming and restorative. Kortnee’s energy is so positive and uplifting. The experience includes a couple of amazing surprises that make the time very memorable.

My daughter had a serious, frightening bicycle accident and was recuperating at home making very slow progress. Kortnee came over and led her through an almost life-changing healing session - of both her body & spirit. My daughter couldn't wait to tell me about it! The "before" and "after" was almost miraculous. Please don't dismiss the capacity of this beautiful, kind, radiant woman to change your life in the best ways imaginable!

Working with Kortnee has been life changing! She gently holds space for me, but never hesitates to call me out when I try reverting to what hasn't worked in the past - avoiding conflict, making excuses, and not stepping into my power.
