Unreliable. Left us stranded without vehicle overnight at catamount after booking through ‘leave message’ process day before. I recommend a call back or text confirmation system as you move forward serving the boating community. Jack tried to reach out after to make it right but it was kinda late at that point.
I heard about Jack years ago and his love and passion for the Colorado river he calls home. Finally, last year(2023) my son and I booked a float fishing trip with him and it was fantastic. Followed that up with another in the fall of 24 with a friend and it was even better. Next year I’m taking the wife for a scenic float during the autumn colors. DO IT!!!
Jack was great. We used his shuttle service for our river trip State Bridge to Horse Creek. Super reliable, great service and excellent value. Will use him again next time for sure. Made our trip even better.

Jack is such a good guy. He lives on the river...so he knows it well and will happily steer you right accounting for the current conditions!
