Do not use this center. Something is not right and I can’t put my finger on it but will continue to research on my end. As someone who works very closely in mediation and arbitration myself their intake process and mediation process is bogus. They will take your information and claim to attempt to contact the opposing party for nearly 6-8 weeks. Gabriel and CRCMC Mediation provide ZERO service and are incompetent. My piano was stolen by Amit Babu, the owner of Moves for Less moving company. I agreed to mediation for the return of my piano, however CRCMC calls me to let me know that due to "confidentiality reason", the mediation was closed. CRCMC is a worthless organization.

I have never been in a mediation where the conductors allow verbal and mental abuse. These people got me to show up on the pretense of coming to an agreement. All they did was insult and verbally abuse me the entire time. Lauri gone tell me to wait my turn to speak when I spoke up defending myself.
