Although 36-40% APR is just crazy, not only that I have an loan for 3,254 that I could easily pay off for like 2-3months and yet I’m paying 5k to fully cover this loan do to interest,etc. Its just insane, I recommend your nearest credit union and save the headache this is not worth it and way better interest rate this bs.
Rude prejudice customer service and employee at dignifi laughed and told me dont get mad nothing can be done ,when i asked for a manager because i was approved for a loan and the parts took longer than expected the loan only lasted 30days and they would not update it for me to use .its sad how companies treat people
Dignifi web Bank is the worst organization to deal with they are in the business of destroying people's Credit rating even when I did not owe them anything they kept messing with my credit. I worked so hard to build an excellent credit. the organization does not care and their system is so messed up that cannot keep a good record My credit has suffered in the hands of the miserable so called Web Bank. I am filling a lawsuit against this organization
