These people are AWFUL, I have been fighting with the for months to get there stuff off my credit report. Every time I have to reach out to them it’s “sorry we cant help you” and wont even redirect you to someone who can. I literally have gotten the bureau to reach out to them about taking off the collection and they said “ oh sorry, we cant help, it will get removed when they get to it”. Stay far way from these people and all of there fake reviews.
Absolute terrible company! I would not recommend them to anyone! I had a returned payment that I didn't realize happened. They locked my account to where I couldnt make a payment online, without any communication from them. I called, emailed, and left voicemails at least on 7 separate occasions to no avail. Once I was finally able to contact someone, I got different stories everytime. I was told to call one number to submit a payment, who then told me that I could pay online, in which I explained how that was not an option. ... read more

Make sure NOT to use this company for anything! I paid the total balance in full back to dignifi in within a month in 2022. Here it's 2025 and I still have fees owed and charges every year since and negative reporting to the credit bureaus of balances they make up. I paid it every year since but just realizrd it keeps recurring every year. Scum bag of a company. But at least they ended up waiving the fee after wrecking my credit and stealing $160 over the last 2 years I did pay them.
