I called to close my account last year due to the annual fee, they didn't close it. I then saw this year that I would be charged the same fee, I called and canceled it and apparently had the fee waived in the process. 2 days later, I check my bank and boom I was charged the annual fee. I had to call back AGAIN so they could refund and send me a check. Had I not called, they would have happily taken my $59. Worse company EVER, ripped me off for 121.00 for LATE account and service fees 8 MONTHS after I made my last payment and closed the account, then contacted the credit bureau which dropped from 800 to 720... Now got to take them to court... Company is truly devious.
These people are AWFUL, I have been fighting with the for months to get there stuff off my credit report. Every time I have to reach out to them it’s “sorry we cant help you” and wont even redirect you to someone who can. I literally have gotten the bureau to reach out to them about taking off the collection and they said “ oh sorry, we cant help, it will get removed when they get to it”. Stay far way from these people and all of there fake reviews.
Absolute terrible company! I would not recommend them to anyone! I had a returned payment that I didn't realize happened. They locked my account to where I couldnt make a payment online, without any communication from them. I called, emailed, and left voicemails at least on 7 separate occasions to no avail. Once I was finally able to contact someone, I got different stories everytime. I was told to call one number to submit a payment, who then told me that I could pay online, in which I explained how that was not an option. ... read more
