I have been going to Yadira at Confía Tax for many years and each year i pay hundreds for her to look over my taxes and submit the paperwork. I turned in my W-2 forms and submitted one to her incorrectly and she never even noticed until I contacted her after getting audited. Once I let her know, she said she would get back to me, but never did. I sent a follow up email and I have yet to get a response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here unless you want your taxes to be messed up.
Don't go to waste your time and money in this tax services company. They lost my passport and it took me too long to get it back also with my refund. H&R block or turbo Tax are better.
Went to get an estimate and charged me 25 dollars. The day before, my daughter went and didn’t get charged for an estimate. Not consistent with pricing
