Super customer service and products i love being a member
wouldn’t cash a government cheque because they’re genuinely stupid people. even though it is pretty well known you can cash a government cheque at any banking institution regardless of if you’re a member or not of that bank. they’re so stupid it’s painful. the photo is so they can learn a little something, since it is too hard for them to do a simple google search. will never be back !!
I never met a bank employee who was as disrespectful, condescending and rude as Laurie. Every valid issue I had was met with eyerolls and misleading answers. Will be sharing this review on other social media platforms, as this was very unprofessional and the public should be aware. I hope other happy, polite and respectful bankers, such as myself, won't have to experience the same issues again.
Out of the 3 banks i went to this morning, they were the unfriendliest!
