Awful that staff speak ill of conservative customers online
Can't login to the app to pay my bills or my rent which is now late and I may be charged a fee. I tried telephone banking and it says my account is not registered. How am I supposed to pay my bills on time?

We have banked with Conexus for over 30 years and have seen customer service decline steadily over that time. We switched our mortgage to a different bank at a much better rate that Conexus would not come close to matching. We also had bad experiences trying to secure other business loans with Conexus that were no problem with other banks. The only reason we kept accounts there was due to the very good online banking app that we used for our personal and rental banking to deposit money and pay bills.
