We have done business with Cone for over 15 years. We ordered 20 gallons of acetone last month at the last price we paid, and the day after we picked it up, Cone sent us an invoice at a price 65% higher than our purchase order authorized when we ordered it. We checked around, and other sources have acetone at much better prices. Cone refused to accept a return and would not offer any discount, even though their price for 55 gallons of acetone is actually less than the original price on our PO.
