The entire staff that I encountered at this facility was extremely nice and friendly! My experience was like none other. Even close to closing time the nurse whose name begins with Turner- was kind and very attentive! The nurse practitioner N. Ghan was great and very helpful and attentive as well. Even with my appointment being close to the end of the day. I am also grateful to have experienced such a lovely staff at the front desk (Tasha and Gena) during check in/check out. Keep being a light in the community ladies!
I was seen here for a workers comp case after being bit by a dog. Initial appointment and two follow ups were all done quickly including check in, being seen, and check out. All 3 NP I saw were friendly, gentle, and had great communication skills. I had no issues with workers comp stuff it was all handled behind the scenes with my employer. I highly recommend this clinic!
Tasha N. is absolutely amazing. My daughter and I needed travel vaccinations. She worked it out so that we could be seen.
I sat for an entire hour and watched 2 people that came in after me that sat no more than 20 minutes get called in before me. Apparently the nurses station didn’t have their stuff together. Had to reschedule another appointment because of their error. Once I got back there was no empathy or compassion shown and no explanation for what happened. I’m never gonna go back if I can help it.
Tasha the receptionist did an outstanding job job with check in and gathering information I needed that I had not received; Dr Natalia Ghan was supportive and very attentive to my needs and concerns as a fillin for my appointment. Please continue with great customer care and service.
