Very professional and thorough when it came to the evaluation. Took extra time to go over all the exercises. Would recommend this group in the future.
Caroline is really welcoming and super friendly! Jeremy does a great job explaining everything and you can tell he really knows his craft.
Watch billing but better yet just don't go. They double charge and you contact and no response. First bill was for one grand for 1 session. Second was 800. Yes, after insurance for 40 minute sesiiond. Large part is due to incorrect billing.
You can't go wrong here. I was seen by multiple providers at this location (while my main physical therapist was out on PTO). I had a shoulder injury that the docs fixed up in no time. They answered all my questions and by the end of PT, I was 95%. All I had to do was continue doing some basic exercises. I'm back to 100% now thanks to this place and their wonderful doctors. Michael is absolutely the best therapist. I love the energy as soon as I walk in. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The therapy is designed exactly to meet my needs and I can tell such a difference. I'm so happy I chose Cone health physical therapy over the other options. Honestly what sold me was the way the receptionist handled my phone call.
