The worst experience ever, I called to find out about the program. The rep who answered stated that I would need to come in and speak with the doctor. I made my appointment , I checked in they weighed me and checked blood pressure which I was surprised because It was my 1st visit in which I would only be speaking with the doctor. The lady who weighed me said they just need the info to see if i qualify for the program and the doctor would give me details about the program. Have been going for about 2 months now and have nothing but good things to say! I have tried other weight management practices in the past (BlueSky) and I much prefer Cone Healthy Weight! The staff are so nice and everyone views obesity as a complex, chronic condition and are here to help you make changes to better your health and quality of life. Dr. Maldonado is great at explaining different aspects of obesity and is very knowledgeable. Great staff and great atmosphere!
My experience has been nothing short of amazing and transformative. Albeit, very strict on their policies, they were very clear and up front about them. There was an instance where I was going to be a few minutes late and they almost couldn’t see me. However, I had already checked in and paid online. Dr. Ukleja is fantastic!! She is very kind, professional, and understanding. She explains everything very well and her bedside manner is truly amazing. I am enthusiastic to get on this challenging journey with her by my side. The team is excellent and very customer service oriented. I have had great experiences so far with Dr. Kleja and her staff.
I have been seeing Dr. U (Ukleja) since March 2024. I was hesitant at first due to trying multiple different things and not succeeding. I decided to give this place a try which I was recommended to by another physician. Dr. U is such an amazing person. She has never talked down to me on this journey nor made me feel less than for not staying on track. She has helped me to motivate myself on this journey. I have been getting questions left and right about how I dropped this weight! I excitedly tell them about this place.
