I hired Brian K. Condon of Condon Paxos PLLC in October 2023. Three years later he destroyed all three of my active legal cases and left me with hundreds of thousands in damages. He waited 14 months to file a lawsuit for me -- by then my tenant had already stolen $150,000 in equipment from my property. Gone forever because of his delay. Absolute disappointment. Glad he's not my attorney.
I recently reached out to Attorney Brian for assistance with an issue I had with a car dealership. He informed me that he doesn't take cases in Staten Island, but I'm not sure if this was a genuine limitation or just an excuse since he didn't seem interested in discussing the case further. I was disappointed that he wasn't willing to provide more guidance or a reference.
