Greg reached out to us as we were half way through our 5 year term to let us know that there were some better dates and rates for us to with, even with the the penalty on the existing mortgage we had. We got a better rate and 8k cash back which really helped our family with some short term money constraints. Everyone at Concourse that we dealt with was courteous and professional. I’d highly recommend them.
5 years has gone and I returned to Bryan and the Concourse team to renew my mortgage. I was pleasantly surprised when he also suggested that I get home equity line of credit. Which at this point in my life made alot of sence. His team was diligent from start to finish. Bryan was very helpful when guiding me through my options with my mortgage. He made the daunting task of applying for and renewing my mortgage very manageable and took care of everything for me.
