My grandmother had dementia and cancer they treated her with immense respect and care they were simply fantastic. The staff and administrators were peerless in making the process as friction-less as possible.
My Father has been a resident here for 6 months. In that time, there have been 5 instances of the staff not providing him the oxygen that he needs. One of these incidents resulted in a trip to the hospital. The Administrator and Director of Nursing are very difficult, defensive, and demeaning to work with if you have a care issue.
The staff and administrator here care so much about their residents. I cannot recommend Concordia enough. My mother has had a wonderful experience and it is always clean when I visit.
My dad was there for about three weeks. The staff was very professional and kind. The communication between us and the facility was excellent. The facility was clean and my dad thought the food was very good.
