We had a fantastic experience with Dannah, their contact lens fitter. She absolutely blew my daughter away today when she picked up her first order of contact lenses, and Dannah had curated a small little extra touch for her that included a funny photo of my daughter's favorite actor (with a note that he hopes she enjoys her new contacts) along with some chocolate - both things that they talked about a couple of weeks ago at her lens fitting. I have been going to Comcordia Eye Centre for several years. They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This visit, I snapped the frame on my glasses. I went to ask for help, was met with compassion. They helped.me select a new pair of glasses, tried to fix the current broken pair to last until the new ones came in. So thankful to be able to have such a wonderful group of people there to help me when I needed it.
Dr. Kristine Massicotte, is amazing! She found out issue my daughter was having related to her eyes what the misercordia hospital could not. Truly appreciate her care. My family has been coming to Concordia eye centre for 7 years for all our needs. My son has been with the centre since he was 4 years old and comes regularly for his eye exam.
