I had such a great experience today with Diana at Concorde. She was incredibly helpful and supportive, taking the time to really listen to my questions and concerns as someone new to starting a career. She guided me through my options, gave me clear advice, and helped me figure out the direction I want to take. I left feeling more confident and motivated thanks to her encouragement and knowledge.

Instructors were great! However none of the admin are ever on the same page, I received two separate emails with two different orientation times I had to call and verify. As a veteran using GI bill most of my questions could never be answered I was also sent to 3 different people before arriving back at square 1. Was ghosted for months before being gaslit that I wasn’t answering calls or emails regarding next steps. Financial aid was useless when I had questions about my Pell Grants. Julia and Diana are Advising! They both have made me visualize how important it is to further your career whether it be a small start to the biggest goal. They both have answered all my questions even gave me more advise including that. The campus is welcoming, clean and amazing.

I came to tour the campus and learn more about their programs. My tour guide was Dave and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering all questions I had about the programs the school provides.
