We ordered custom shutters from Concorde Blinds and were given a reasonable wait period for this service, but were very surprised to find they were available earlier than quoted! Fitting was quickly booked in once they were ready and was done professionally and to a great standard. Can’t fault Concorde and the shutters have made the house look so homely and beautiful. Can’t recommend them enough!

The service which we received from Concord Blinds was great, from the initial visit to measure up and discuss with us the various shutter types, through to the installation. Although there was quite a delay between placing our order to the installation taking place, we were advised of the lead time which was extended a little due to manufacturing delays and shipping. Despite this I am happy to give a 5 star rating.
