I've been patiently waiting for over an hour to will call a pick up order from this carrier and even though there's a sign in the window that says "will calls at 8am", I now must wait another 1/2 hour to receive my goods. This is costing me hundreds of dollars in lost revenue. I've never picked up from a shipper that starts so late in the morning. I wish I would have known this before leaving my house at 6:30am. Lesson learned.
