Do not allow someone you love to live there. First week there a nurse was stealing my grandma’s pills. Another one yelling at her. I could go on. I feel horrible she was there.
We have a senior care crisis hanging over us in this country and we need to have creative solutions to it. Concord strikes a special balance of affordability and quality. Administration has been very friendly. I've been very satisfied with the in house doctor as well. Food is great. I am waiting for more reports from my Dad on activities and outings. We moved a relative, who had been living by herself, to Concord in May, 2023. Since then, the relative has been more active, and is doing much better, in the opinion of my wife and me. The staff at Concord are always very helpful.
My mother-in-law Marie P room 904 was at Concord for 2 1/2 years when I say they took great care of her. Her room was clean. She was fed. The doctors were on board. Everything was awesome.
