Of all the Concord Pets I visit, I go out of my way to visit the West Chester location. The customer service has always been exemplary, they always have the items I need in stock, and people are always so friendly. We do miss the cats, though love the people. It is always pleasant and accommodating.
This is probably the worst Concord Pet location. They have confusing policies when it comes to coupons where they don’t honor them for random reasons. Also the workers show no customer service training.
Always friendly, great customer service. Big selection of dog food and toys, and have huge sales throughout the year. Handy self service dog washing station.
